Hi, I’m Olivia.

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition) with a first class honours degree in Nutrition and Food Consumer Sciences.

My passion for nutrition and wellbeing began during my time spent working as cabin crew for a UK airline. It was here that I learned about the impact that shift work can have on diet, sleep and health. Conversations with crew during flights in the middle of the night often revealed the same issue; being healthy at work can feel really difficult. This pointed me in the direction of helping others, with the obvious need to support those that struggle to build healthier habits alongside busy work lives.

After returning to university to train in nutrition, I have gained experience as a nutritionist in a catering environment. This equips me with the knowledge to support businesses implementing healthier catering options in the workplace, deliver wellbeing workshops, and understand the needs of clients in various working environments.
